TransWISH Indonesia (www.TransWISHIndonesia.com) announces another successful Training of Trainer event. This event is in cooperation with our main company Transafe Indonesia. The training itself conducted on our client’s premises from February 29th – March 3rd 2016.
This is the second Training of trainer with the same client, but different technical topic. Previously TransWISH Indonesia serves them on training of trainer electrical safety.
Mr. Luki Tantra acts as lead trainer on training of trainer session. Mr. Adi Sutomo from Transafe Indonesia will lead the rigging slinging and lifting sessions from theoretical session to practical session. Mr. Panit Raharjo accompanies both men as training assistant. Mr. Panit has just acquire his BNSP certificate after completing Training of trainer sertifikasi BNSP.
Mr. Panit starts Training of trainer training session. He demonstrates various ice breaking techniques that made him runner up on the previous Training of trainer sertifikasi BNSP.
Mr. Luki continues with making game and yells that increase participant’s spirit to participate actively during session. After lunch, Mr. Panit fills the class bridge using magic. First, he plays the ring pendant on a chain necklace trick. When participant puzzled by the trick, Mr. Panit plays another trick. He plays his famous card tricks that amaze all participants and sitting client representative.
In the end of the day, all participants made a vote for best training of trainer participant title. Criteria for best participants are not just how well they perform with their training material but also how far they improve during training.
This vote is crafted with “Indonesian idol” style presenting and music. Third place acquired by Mr. Muti. Runner up position is taken by Mr. Septian. He is defeated by Mr. Roni with a slight 2 vote on a tight three round voting sessions.
Mr. Luki closes the training session with a motivating technique to participants and client representative. He stated that training of trainer is just like a martial art technique. It is getting better only if participants actively using and practice it. And if the skill is sharp enough, it may be as sharp as a paper money cutting through a pencil.

Cut a pencil with a 100.000 rupiahs paper money.
Yes, a paper money.
And he borrowed that pencil from random participant..
