    Transwish Indonesia successfully aid their client’s employee development program, This time, it’s Training for Trainer Sertifikasi BNSP KKNI 3 for their Mining Clients. This time  Adaro Mining Services Company, PT. Sapta Indra Sejati.

    This training is conducted from Nov 12 – 15th 2018 in house at Grha SIS, South Jakarta. Training for trainer KKNI 3 conducted for the company’s internal Trainer team. This team came from Jakarta and Sites in Kalimantan like

    Additional Special program request from PT. SIS is making training syllabus and training material.

    Training for traiiner KKNI 3 - Adaro Mining - Saptaindrasejati

    Training for Trainer KKNI 3 First Day

    First Day, Training opened by Ms. Mayang, HR Representative and Mr xxx, management representative. In his speech, he said management expected that all trainers can passed the Training for trainer KKNI 3; be a competent trainer and help the company’s vision mission for the next years ahead.

    Assigned trainer for the first day is Mr. Luki Tantra. Training Assist for this day is Mr. Hardih Airkaya Lumelle, a competent trainer.

    Mr. Luki brought the additional training material requested by PT SIS:

    • Penyusunan Modul Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi
    • Menyusun Program Pelatihan

    Mr. Luki also discuss about some regulations that enforce the need of BNSP certification. Especially for Mining area, Mr. Luki noted these regulations

    This Competence certification Program is aligned with Government Rules and Regulations, especially in mining area below

     

    1. Peraturan Pemerintah / PP No 10 Tahun 2018 Tentang Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi : BNSP mempunyai  tugas meiaksanakan Sertifikasi kompetensi  kerja.
    1. Peraturan Pemerintah / PP Nomor 31 Tahun 2006 tentang Sistem Pelatihan Kerja Nasional: Prinsip dasar pelatihan kerja adalah : Berbasis Pada Kompetensi Kerja;
    1. Permen ESDM no. 5 tahun 2015 mengenai  Pemberlakuan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia di Bidang Kegiatan Usaha Minyak dan Gas Bumi secara Wajib dalam melaksanakan kegiatan usaha migas, badan usaha atau bentuk usaha tetap wajib mempekerjakan tenaga kerja yang memenuhi dan memiliki sertifikat kompetensi,
    1. Permen ESDM No. 42 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standardisasi Kompetensi Kerja di Bidang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara bahwa Setiap tenaga kerja yang bekerja di bidang pertambangan mineral dan batubara wajib memiliki kompetensi kerja dan
    1. Permen ESDM No 26 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pelaksanaan Kaidah Pertambangan Yang baik Dan Pengawasan Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara bahwa Pemegang IUP wajib menerapkan standar kompetensi kerja nasional Indonesia,

     

    Mr. Luki’s class is very attractive. He sees that the first day all participants must be “wake up” before given training materials. He uses many ice breakers to make the class more alive. From COCONUT routine to Senam Cermin (Attractive Mirror Routine). He also uses many yells to make the class more alive and attractive.

     

     

     

    Mr. Luki end the day with his Future Game. He gathered 6 important things belongs to participants. Then he asked one of the participants (Ms Sefi) to write what will be the last time standing on the table. He then ask 3 other participants to choose and took belongings gathered upfront.

    In the end, magically, the last belongings is correctly as the Participant predicted.

    Training for Trainer KKNI 3 Second Day

    Second day trainer is Mrs. Eva. Another experienced trainer in BNSP training and assessment..

    There is a change of Training Assist here. Mr. Imam Reza, another competent trainer assigned as assist to Mrs. Eva.

    Training for trainer KKNI 3 for the second day discussing what is BNSP and the future of BNSP certification. How Unit Kompetensi, Elemen Kompetensi and Kriteria Unjuk Kerja are important for the competent trainer.

    Second day of Training for trainer KKNI 3 also discuss the first four of all eight competence unit to fulfill by these trainers.

    She describes how to make Training program, training curriculum, training syllabus and lesson plan.

    The first 4 Competence Units are:

    • Menerapkan Prinsip Kesehatan Kerja untuk Mengendalikan Risiko K3
    • Mengaplikasikan Keterampilan Dasar Komunikasi
    • Melakukan Presentasi
    • Merencanakan Penyajian Materi Pelatihan

     

    All participants are very happy with Mrs. Eva’s teaching. They ask and discuss so the class is very active all the time. The class ends at 6.30 PM.

     

    Third Day of Training for Trainer KKNI 3

    Mrs. Eva continues as trainer at the third day.

    She started by examine tasks from the second day.

    Today discussing the second part of the competence unit needed by trainers. The last 4 Competence Units are

    • Melaksanakan Pelatihan Tatap Muka
    • Mengoperasikan Komputer Tingkat Dasar
    • Mengelola Bahan Pelatihan
    • Mengelola Peralatan Pelatihan

     

    Mrs. Eva also make training pre post test, Training presence form, training evaluation, training tools and materials. She asked one of the participants to present micro teaching session. This challenge is taken by Mr. Arbainnor. She then gives many advises and corrections to make the participants better.

    All participants are very excited. Class closed at 9PM.

     

    Forth Day of Training for Trainer KKNI 3

    At The fourth day dawn, all participants already gathered at the class and submit their task to Mr. Imam. This day, Ms. Amelia Putri also assigned to be an assistant.

    Today is the assessment day. Participants are divided in two groups. The first group will be located at L10 room, while the other group move to L9 room below.

    Assessor assigned from BNSP today is Mr. Roberto Pardede and Mr. Pria Indira.

    The assessment session divided in to three sessions. They are Writing Test, Micro teaching session and interview session.

    So today, all participants of Training for Trainer KKNI 3 must be competent at these competence units

    After a long day, all participants are recommended as COMPETENT.

     

    In the end of the program, all participants give feedback on this training as great for the improvement of their skill and knowledge in their daily training practice.
